UPDATED: JAN 14, 2019 Bière ambrée trouble à fine couche de mousse peu persistante. Nez puissant de houblon terreux et de levure, fromage bleu. Bouche ample et relativement ronde a carbonation moyenne. Amertume douce et fruitée pomme trop mûre relevé de poivre noir. Bonne longueur. Me semble typique d’une bonne bitter anglaise
