tennisjoel	2.7 Indeed Pistachio Cream Ale 12 oz can out of a 6 pack mixer. Gold body with a thin white head. Aroma is corn and pistachio. Thin with an artificial pistachio flavor and a hint of tanginess on the finish. Okay as a gimmick like beer. I think I'd tire of this quickly but can probably handle one. Saturday, May 4, 2024

pkbites	2.8 Indeed Imperial Pistachio Cream Ale Darker yellow pour with slightly off white fluffy head. Some sticky lacing. Pistachio aroma is light and more in the background of metallic notes and heavy grains. However, pistachio flavor assaults the palate and later the olfactory upon swallowing. Higher ABV is noticed and comes across as medicinal. Overall not terrible but not something I’d seek out again. Can. Saturday, March 30, 2024

Aroma has Passionfruit with a good amount of straw and a bit of grass supporting. Flavor has an interesting combination of passionfruit and straw with grass and hay underlying. nuplastikk	3.5 Indeed Derailed #2 - Mexican Honey Imperial Lager 16oz can. Clean, transparent gold body. Thin, soapy, white head. Amarillo bite is rather bold, more so than most IPAs these days. Honey tone is nice, present without being overbearing. All around solid beer. Friday, March 1, 2024
tennisjoel	3.5 Indeed Blue Dream Honey IPA 12 oz single can rating from a make your own 6 pack. Hazy orange body beneath an average sized white head. Nose of tangerine, mango, citrus, honey. This is a bit better than some in the style. Nothing that sets it too far apart. Finishes a bit light in palate. I do like Simcoe hops so that is a plus. Tuesday, January 16, 2024
tennisjoel	2.9 Indeed Modern Age 12 oz can rating. Semi hazy light gold in body with an average white head. Tropical hops with some lime. Very spritzy but body is lacking flavor. I would imagine this is might be like the hop water I see sold in stores. On the plus side, it would be refreshing after a round of golf. Brigadier	4 Indeed Coquito-style Ale On tap in Madison, WI I'm not sure what a coquito cocktail contains but if it anything like this I would be curious to try one some day. Blending a bit of fruit, tartness, and malt creates a memorable profile that is unlike anything I have tried before. AROMA / APPEARANCE The cloudy hazel body glows beneath a minimal head. The tart blend is tropical with a cool soothing texture underneath. Fresh fruit ties everything together with a rich inviting profile. FLAVOR / PALATE Tart fruit and pineapple tickles the tongue. An unexpected rush of sour then blossoms into a full bodied bite. There is a disconnect between the appearance, nose, and flavor but it all works nicely. I would love to try a couple of similar beers to get a handle on how close this stays to the inspiration. Monday, August 14, 2023

tmoreau	3.5 Indeed MAIBOCK On tap at the Washington Square Bar & Grill in White Bear Lake, MN. as a pint serving, showing a clear, golden hue, a presentable layer of soft white froth to a ring & film, with ribbons & spots of lacing. The nose was biscuity, almost lightly toasted malt, with a bit of Pils scent, and a touch of dried fruit. Medium bodied, the taste was similar notes, with lively carbonation, adding some fruity tartness & tanginess that didn't fit, and prompted a notion of oxidation.
