From tap at MBCC18. It pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. The aroma is spicy fruity with malty notes. Light sour flavor with fruit notes.

0.33 l bottle, BB 2002. Had the with tbone_ and oh6gdx, who got this bottle from ompher, thanks! Amber color. Raisiny and nutty aroma. Nutty aged flavor with rye, prunes, toffee and some dull notes also. This is not actually so bad, it has some interesting vinous notes from aging.

Golden with a small head. Herbs and hops in aroma. Hoppy and oily flavour but the body was to thin. Short and dry finish.

clear pale yellow colour, almost no foam, oily and bubblegum-like aroma, sweet, uniforme, heavy - in two words: not pleasant

Simply dark lager. Low in sweetness and bitterness but not thin. Malty body. Low in taste but high in drincabillity. Best for the food at the restaurant.

Sweet and thick in the beginning. Malty in the mouth and dry balanced bitterness in the end. Dangeruos because only low alcoholic taste.

Brownish amber in colour. Fruity aroma. Full bodied and very malty. Thick, filling mouthfeel. Malt sweet start, dry finish with balanced bitterness. A true-to-style, well made and tasty double bock. I spent 5 hours in train seeking it out, and it was worth it.

Nut brown. Roasty, slightly fruity aroma. Light bodied, rather sweet, really roasty flvaour. Lively. A nice rather flavourful, but uncomplicated dark lager only served from tap at the brewpub.

Dark yellow; malt, caramel and herbal hops on the nose; reasonably complex - I like the herbal hop combo, yeast accent, but it's still a little light.

The first beer from this new microbrewery is a crystal clear, pale golden coloured lager. It has a somewhat papery nose, is light to medium bodied, rather dry, and has a big, late, rather sharp hop bitterness. Throw in more malt and make it more complex, and you've got a real good beer.
