Smooth and very well balanced. Taste of malts with light notes of roasted malts. Easy and refreshing, medium carbonated. Although it's high on alcohol, it doesn't feel like that at all. weizen-slayer	3.6 Silva Strong Dark Lager Getrunken als „Silva Lager Negru Premium“. Klare, sehr dunkle Farbe (mit leichtem Rotschimmer). Sehr cremiger Schaum - der aber nicht lange hält. Ne ganz, ganz große Portion Dunkelmalz. Sehr röstig, aber ohne dabei bitter zu sein. Leichte Schokoladennote, ein Hauch etwas zu dunkel geratenes Karamell. Gute Substanz. Ein interessanter und gut gemachter dunkler Bock. Hab ich in einem kleinen Mix Markt gekauft. Die Supermarktkette hat sich auf Produkte aus Osteuropa spezialisiert. Obwohl der Laden nicht groß war, wurde hier eine erstaunliche Auswahl an polnischen, russischen und tschechischen Bieren geboten. Und preislich auch ganz OK. Tuesday, August 1, 2023

Was mich von Anfang an stört ist ein leicht scharfer Geschmack, als ob ich vorher ein Hustenbonbon gelutscht hätte, was ich natürlich nicht gemacht habe. Irgendwie ganz schön unrund. tontalus	2.8 Neumarkt Original Pils Das EdelPils von Lammsbräu kommt mit gemischtporiger, daumendicker und dann deckend stabiler Krone daher. Der Geruch nach Gras wird von Eiweis begleitet, was für ein German Syle Pils schon out of style ist. Deshalb betrachte ich das Bier als Bohemian Style. Beim Antrunk dann auch entsprechend grasig, eiweishaltig und würzig. Somit ist es auch für die Tschechen out of style und nur noch ein gehopftes Lager. Unter dem Gesichtspunkt ist es als Bio Bier aber gut gelungen und schön abwechslungsreich mit getreidigen und brotigen Aromen. Beim Abgang etwas bitterer bei einem vergleichsweise geringem Alkoholgehalt von 4,7%. Könnte ich noch eins trinken, wenn ich das Etikett zuhalte. 10-2021 Friday, December 16, 2022
