A hint of bitterness and dryness in a hop finish. 2. Cask Stillage at GBBF 2013, Kensington Olympia 15/08/2013 Big hop aroma. Golden coloured very hoppy and bitter with a dry lasting malt finish. Ernest	2.3 Blue Corn (Santa Fe) Whiteout Stout Can (Mar 13, 2020 canning). Head is initially small, fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is light to medium yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (grain, husks), with notes of stale coffee grounds, cocoa powder, chile peppers, celery. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Pretty unpleasant. Vegetal nose with likely coffee added (and cocoa powder? and peppers?). Syrupy sweet with very little to balance. Such a dumb style. Saturday, July 11, 2020

Malty, caramelly, toasty, strong roast character, definitely seems hoppier than the alleged 21 IBU, citrusy, earthy, herbal. Medium body, moderate carbonation, lingering bittersweet aftertaste.
