UPDATED: JAN 28, 2024 From 500ml bottle. Strong bergamot and somewhat perfume-like citrus with melon on the nose. The initial taste is quite bitter and lingers with a grapefruit peel aftertaste. Either way, it’s all very well balanced and I would definitely drink this again.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2023 500 ml bottle at home. The beer poured a hazy gold with a large white head of about 4 cms, which did not reduce at all quickly. The mouthfeel was medium, and the aroma was a combination of cereal with some bergamot. The taste was very much in keeping with this aroma, with the cereal to the fore. Would drink again given the opportunity.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2023 Piwo barwy cytrynowo-słomkowej, silnie zmętnione. Piana biała, wysoka, gęsta, zbudowana z drobniutkich oczek, pięknie zdobi szkło. Po zredukowaniu pozostaje w postaci półcentymetrowego pierścienia. Aromat jest niezwykle bogaty i wyraźny ! No pierwszy plan wychodzą dojrzałe owoce brzoskwinie, pomarańcze, banany, białe winogrona, wyraźnie wyczuwalna nuta herbaciana która świetnie współgra z rześkimi nutami trawiastymi i pszenicznymi, po czasie pojawia się także aromat landrynek oraz akcenty dymu wędzarniczego. W smaku cytrusowe, nieco sosnowe. O niezłej pełni słodowej. Piwo z początku wydaje się słodkie ale bardzo dobrze je kontruje ziołowo-przyprawowa goryczka. Wysycenie średnie. Znakomita wersja White IPA do tego powtarzalna i szeroka dostępna.

UPDATED: MAY 4, 2023 Bottle at Barbarka, Wroclaw, 21/07/22. Hazed golden orange with a good sized white cap. Nose is melon, orange peel, citric tinged straw, grass, herb. Taste comprises grass, melon, light pine needle, ripe melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Solid for the style ... good refresher.

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2023 500ml bottle (Gambrinus, Tartu) (7:3:7:4:13=3.4) Hazy gold, small tight head. Sweet wheaty aroma, gently citrussy, but more orange than lemon. Light palate, crisp carbonation. Biting bitterness, tannins and bitter zest, sitting atop a light almost floral wheaty body. A bit like one of those white IPAs of yore. 'I don't know how much of the sencha or earl grey I'm getting' says Anna - Wot? Are you cheating? Are you reading the label? Too much tea for me, I don't want tea in beer, but everything else is quite decently balanced between being very punchy & bitey, and being very nicely balanced. Fun one - but it can't quite stand up to my even more spicy charcuterie (everything apart from that last sentence was written before I started on the food, I'm not stupid). Probably one of the best tea beers I remember, if Anna weren't telling porkies.
