Mead - Metheglin / Spiced / Herbs

The Metheglin, also known simply as Spiced Mead or Herbed Mead, is an alcoholic beverage where majority of the beverage's fermentable sugar is derived from honey, with the addition of spices or herbs (excluding hop here) in the brewing process. The Acerglyn, which is a mead made from honey and maple syrup, is also included here.
