We just brewed our first ever batch of our Harvest Hop Brew! We’re having having a party to celebrate this special beer that is brewed with fresh/wet hops! Hops are only harvested once a year, so most hops are dried and concentrated into pellets with about 15% water content whereas our fresh hops were pulled right off the vines and used right away and have a water content of about 90%. Fresh hops means having to use 7X the amount of hops, and results in a different flavor and aroma. So come on out and taste the difference fresh hops makes!

We’ll have the Harvest Hop Brew available to sample (and some to buy!) as well as some of other beers (our Black Irish is now available through the retail location!!!) There will be live music, some food and a chance to meet all of the fabulous people that make your beer! Bring your friend’s and get ready to have a good time! As we get some more details about the party, we’ll keep everyone posted!
