Beer & Nosh and The Summit are very excited to present “Outside the Lines.” A collaborative beer dinner dedicated to creativity and breaking rules that were only made to be broken anyway. We’ll be featuring food from Chef Eddie Lau, and desserts from Maison Mitchell, paired with a very special assortment of style breaking beers. We’ll have brewmasters from the breweries on hand to talk about one you go about making a beer that doesn’t follow a style, and the inspiration for the liquid in your glass.
