Next Tuesday, we’re tapping our friends across the pond for some of their great craft beer. Probably all of us have tried Old Speckled Hen, Bass Ale, and Newcastle. For this tasting, however, we’ve reserved some of the finest ales in all of Great Britain. These brewers are true crafters of artisinal beer, spe...nding their resources on small batch production. Ron Fischer, from acclaimed importer B. United International, will be here to guide us through an incredible adventure in British beer:

- Harviestoun Ola Dubh 30 Year [Old Engine Oil aged in 30 year old Whisky casks]
- RCH Old Slug Porter [English Porter]
- JW Lees Harvest Ale, Calvados 2006 Vintage [English Barleywine matured in Calvados casks]
- JW Lees Manchester Star [English Porter]
- Porterhouse Red [Irish Red]*

*Porterhouse is brewed in Ireland, not the U.K.
