Little history lesson for you, St. Louis was incorporated as a city in 1822. Twelve years before that Jacques Delassas de St. Vrain opened a brewery in St. Louis. While de St. Vrain’s brewery may have burned down two years later, the history of brewing in Missouri over the past 201 years has certainly become long and storied.

To help celebrate that history of brewing, the always eager guys at 2nd Shift Brewing are putting on their first beer festival in New Haven, MO which they’ve dubbed the 2nd Shift and Friend 201st Annual Beerfest. The most important part of that title, with the exception of the “Beerfest” part, is “Friends.”

Being a craft brewery means being in a community of brewers that works together to create some great beer. So, 2nd Shift invited out a bunch of great breweries to have a party on July 9th from 12-5PM. Here’s a list of breweries who plan to attend: (see below)
