Home Brews and Gardens Presents: Our Second Annual Home Brew Competition! Saturday, August 27th 2011! Bring your best beers and battle it out with your fellow home brewer for fame and fabulous prizes! Contest Rules: Judging: There will be 2 categories of Judging - Crowd Favorite & Judges Pick The crowd favorite will be based on the number of votes a beer receives from the crowd. The judges will pick the best overall beer based on BJCP Style Guidelines. 6x22oz bottles or 12x12oz bottles required for entry. We will give you 15% off your supplies if you are buying them to enter a beer in the contest. (Advanced registration required) Prizes: First Prize (Judges Pick): $250 Gift Certificate to Home Brews and Gardens First Prize (Crowd Fav.): Free Ingredients for your next 5 gallon batch!
