This is a multiday event and the location is throughout the city of Mt. Angel, particularly along HWY 214, Main st., Church st., and Charles st. Must visit the Glockenspiel. There are beer gardens, a wine garden, and many participating bars/restaurants. September 15th is the official first day, however Sept. 10th is the kickoff party.
