Lily’s Bar at the Roger Smith Hotel will be featuring Reunion ’11: A Beer For Hope, an Imperial Brown Ale spiced with Cocoa Nibs, Vanilla and Chili Peppers. This special beer is a collaboration between Shmaltz Brewing Company and Terrapin Beer Company, and the Reunion Project raises awareness and funds for cancer research.

Shmaltz Brewing will raffle off prizes during the event, and all proceeds from the sale of collectible Reunion pint glasses, plus a percentage of every pint of Reunion sold, will be donated to the Institute for Myeloma and Bone Cancer Research. The Reunion Project continues in honor of Virginia MacLean, one of the Project’s founders who lost her own battle with Multiple Myeloma in 2007.
