Slow roasted pork with Pink Lady apples wrapped in puff pastry and drizzled with clove caramel.

Second Course:
White bean and Tasso ham soup with rosemary creme fraiche and grilled crostini.
Paired with: Great Divide Fresh Hop

Third Course:
Cranberries, walnuts and bleu cheese tossed with baby spinach and Agave Vinaigrette.
Paired with: Dogfish Head Pangaea

Fourth Course:
Smoked lamb chops finished with raspberry mint butter served over grilled polenta cakes and broccolini.
Paired with: Ommegang Abbey Ale

Fifth Course:
Dark rum pumpkin roll with candied pecans, whipped cream cheese and white chocolate ganache.
Paired with: St. Bernardus Christmas
