Beer Pairing Dinner


A five course beer dinner at Flix Brewhouse moderated by Executive Chef Scott Reed and Head Brewer Justin Rizza.

First Course:
Hoisin BBQ pork tapas with jalapeno escabeche and cilantro sour cream paired with Golden Ale

Second Course:
Guajilo Pozole with hominy, green chilies and turkey topped with fresh avocado, limes and cabbage paired with Lupulus IPA.

Third Course:
Marinated King Trumpet mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, shaved horseradish and walnuts over Bibb lettuce and drizzled with Ginger Truffle Vinaigrette paired with Satellite Belgian Red.

Fourth Course:
Cold smoked Akaushi brisket slow roasted with a white bean bacon sautee with spinach. Topped with a roasted garlic demi glace paired with Kill Shot Scottish Ale.

Fifth Course:
Cinnamon Pecan cake with baked apples and caramel sauce paired with Black Gold Imperial Stout.
