Taste distinctive beers from around the world. An opportunity to taste over 200 different beers, meads, and ciders from around the world hand picked by the Beer Barons of Milwaukee (South-East WI largest Beer Club) Experience presentations on beer, tasting, brewing, and history by professionals in the beer and brewing industry. Past speakers include: Randy Mosher, Lucy Saunders, and Robin Shepard. Homebrew on the Patio Areas - Introduction and demonstrations to home-brewing beer provided by The Beer Barons of Milwaukee and other regional clubs. Food service by Schwabenhof available for purchase during the event. The Schwabenhof site has a large sheltered all-weather pavilion It has a shaded outdoor seating area with picnic tables for relaxation with friends and family as you debate the qualities of the many beers you have tasted.
Finances raised go into two Brewer Scholarship Funds to allow two individuals to attend the Siebel Institute. Our goal is to increase the local knowledge in our homebrew community and encourage the development of this regions future professional brewers.
