Vie restaurant is excited to be hosting 5 Rabbit Cervecería with a beer dinner on Tuesday, July 23.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with an hors d’oeuvre reception. The five-course dinner prepared by executive chef/owner Paul Virant will follow at 7 p.m. Each course will be paired with a craft beer, which will include some of 5 Rabbit’s limited production “Paletas” summer beer. Brewmaster John J. Hall will also be in attendance and will discuss the background of each beer and the thought process behind each pairing.

The cost to attend is $90 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 708-246-2082.
