Gregory’s brand new: " Tasting Notes - a dram of jazz ." A cycle of Scotch whiskey tastings on a zone by zone, distilleries distillery and bottle to bottle, a trip to the Scottish tradition through the motions of the whisky bar in the Gregory’s. A selection began in 1996 and today - with more than 130 Scotch Whisky - it makes available to lovers, enthusiasts and those who want to discover the flavors, anecdotes and history linked to the production of whiskey in his homeland. "Tasting Notes - a dram of jazz " is a project that goes beyond a simple tasting. Comfortably seated on the sofas in the lounge concert at the top, you can enjoy the proposals which in turn will be matched within each appointment. The subtitle "a dram of jazz " specifies the meaning of this new project: creating a new synesthesia between the sight, smell and taste the whiskey invested and involved hearing from jazz.

The first event is scheduled for Tuesday, November 26 starting 7 p.m.: we set off for the island of Islay to know the first four distilleries - Ardbeg, Bowmore, Bruichladdich and Kilchoman - through taste and knowledge of six different ways of understanding the "peat" .
