Holiday Ale Total Tap Takeover & Canned Food Drive! 50 Stunning Seasonal Drafts + Big Benefit for SOME (So Others Might Eat)!

On Monday, December 16th, we are getting into the holiday spirit in a HUGE way...

For the third consecutive year, ChurchKey’s Holiday Beer Event will double as a canned food drive to help relieve hunger during the holidays, and this year we are teaming up with SOME (So Others Might Eat), a DC institution that has been helping the needy for 40+ years!

From 4 until 9 pm on this night, we invite our guests to visit ChurchKey and meet the people behind SOME. Bring in a canned good, or make a cash donation, and you will receive a free 4 Oz. Taster of a holiday beer (priced as $3 or less)!

And beer-wise, we have quite the evening in store...For this event we have decided to tap 50 different Holiday brews on our 50 different draft lines...as well as a Holiday Cask directly from England! The finest American, Belgian and English winter ales will sit side-by-side with some incredible cold-weather craft rarities sourced from Finland, Norway, France, Italy, Germany and Denmark! We think it a fitting time to tap 10 different Ridgeway holiday brews from England (think Bad/Very Bad/Seriously Bad/Criminally Bad Elf and more), brand-new Holiday offerings from The Bruery (6 Geese-A-Laying) & Perennial Artisan Ales (Fête de Noël), American Craft Classics like Great Lakes Christmas, Schlafly Christmas and Troeg’s Mad Elf, as well as some annual faves from de Struise (Tsjeeses + Tsjeeses Reserva) and our good buddy Sebastian Sauer and his line of Monarchy Christmas beers (Happy Xmas from Aachen/Dresden/ Nürnberg)!

There is no admission charge for the event and all 51 Holiday Drafts & Casks will be available all night long, and priced individually by the glass and in 4 oz. tasting pours.
