The Official DC Launch of Ithaca Beer Company! 10 Delicious Drafts & Casks on Tap + Surprise Brews!

At long last, the good folks at Ithaca Beer Company in Upstate New York are shipping beer into the District! And we couldn’t be more excited to pour each of their amazing ales for the first time next Tuesday night.

Starting at 6 pm, we are showcasing the inimitable Flower Power IPA on draft as well as a Galaxy dry-hopped version on cask! We will be offering a sneak peek of Green Trail Easy-Drinking IPA on draft, Ithaca’s new session IPA officially debuting in March of 2014, as well as rare draft versions of Excelsior! Thirteen (double hoppy Wheat Ale w/ citrus peel), Excelsior! Sixteen (strong dark Farmhouse Ale) and Excelsior! White Gold (Nelson Sauvin hopped Saison w/ wheat). Ithaca’s flagship brews and current seasonal will round out the draft offerings: Cascazilla Red IPA, Apricot Wheat Ale, Nut Brown and Ground Break, a hoppy Saison for spring! You do not want to miss the opportunity to taste these outstanding beers from now classic American Craft Brewery celebrating 16 years of brewing excellence in 2014!

And word has it that the Ithaca team will be bringing some tasty surprise brews from their vault to share during the launch...

No admission for the launch event, and all Ithaca drafts & casks will be priced individually by the glass and in 4 oz. tasting pours.
