In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Flying Saucer Draught Emporium in Fort Worth will have a special sweets and treats menu Friday, Feb. 14 starting at 11 a.m. at its 111 E. 3rd St. location in Sundance Square Plaza. Sweets for the special Valentine’s Day menu will consist of drafts and bottles. Including drafts of: Sixpoint Sweet Action, Southern Tier Creme Brulee, Southern Tier Choklat, Young’s Double Chocolate Stout, Lakewood Limited Raspberry Temptress, Rogue Double Chocolate Stout ,Chocolate truffle cocktail – A mix of Young’s Double Chocolate Stout and Lindeman’s Framboise, Ommegang Chocolate Indulgence. Also featuring bottles of: Rogue Mocha Porter, Rogue Chocolate Stout, Samuel Smith’s Organic Strawberry Fruit Beers, Boon Framboise, Wasatch Apricot Hefeweizen, Lindeman’s Pomme (apple), Lindeman’s Pêche Lambic. Treats for the special Valentine’s Day menu will include a selection of desserts including: Marc’s famous chocolate mousse, Sea salt caramel crispy crepes, Mud Island torte, Beer float, and Lakewood’s Raspberry Temptress ice cream with a black cherry crisp.
