The 5th Annual Bigfork Brewfest is once again adorning downtown Bigfork with beers and good times. This year the event is larger than ever, featuring a Beard Competition on Friday (Feb 28) at the Garden Bar, as well as a Spam-O-Rama Carving competition at the Garden Bar (Carving: 2:00 p.m. Judging: 3:00 p.m.).


“Pork in the Fork” will offer pork pairings to go with the beer. They include:
Garden Bar: Bacon Artichoke Soup
Brookies Cookies: Candied Bacon Bourbon Bloody Marys & Bacon Waffles with Whip Cream
Flathead Brewery: Maple Bacon Bars


Live music is provided by the Fetveit Brothers & Tommy Edwards.


Tickets can be purchased ahead of time at Shepard’s Glass in Kalispell, The Garden Bar or The Mountaineer. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased in advance or at the gate. With the purchase of your Brewfest ticket you will receive an insulated beer mug and 8 samples! All profits go to benefit local Bigfork nonprofit charities.


Breweries expected to attend are Tamarack, Bitter Root, Wildwood, Flathead Lake, Madison River, Great Northern, Ninkasi, Blacksmith, and the new Iron Horse Brewing from Washington.
