Scratch Brewing Company First Year Anniversary
Scratch Is Turning One!
The first weekend of March marks our first year anniversary. To celebrate we’ll be throwing a party on Saturday, March 1st from noon until 10 PM. We will have three pouring stations set up around our property, pouring over 20 different rare and small-batch beers from our cellar, sodas, and a preview of upcoming varieties for 2014.
For $25, you will receive:
•A branded snifter
•10 tasting tickets
•Artisan sourdough bread baked in our brand new wood-fired brick oven.
A preview of some of the 20 beers available this weekend are:
•Barrel-Aged Sahti with Brett, aged in a barrel for 6 months with wild yeast
•2014 Estate Dubbel, brewed over a wood-fire with estate-grown hops
•Belgian Golden Ale, with lemon verbena from our garden
•9-Hour Barleywine, brewed over a wood fire for 9 hours
•Mumm, an old English-style dark ale brewed with 7 varieties of herbs from our garden
