From the Happy Gnome website: The Happy Gnome and Central Waters Brewing have joined forces to present this 5 course beer dinner.

All courses will be paired with barrel aged beers. There is no better brewery than Wisconsin’s largest barrel aged craft beer makers to make this evening possible.

We will be pouring their experimental old fashioned ale aged in Korbel brandy barrels, as well as their 16th Anniversary barrel aged imperial stout that has been soaking up the good bourbon juices for 2 years, among other great goodies.
