In the 11th year of Central Ohio’s original craft beer event, North Market is partnering with Columbus Craft Beer Alliance to present the 2016 Ohio Craft Brew Festival!

As a part of the strategic partnership, the goals of the two organizations are to raise the profile of the outstanding local and Ohio craft breweries, introduce attendees to new and different styles of beers and to highlight the level of creativity and craftsmanship of Ohio’s breweries.

The North Market Ohio Craft Brew Festival is one of the largest fundraising events for the North Market Development Authority, the 501(c)(3) organization that manages the daily operations of the historic North Market. The Ohio Craft Brew Festival will be held Friday, September 23, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday, September 24, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The North Market and its merchants will have extended hours and remain open during festival hours.

Participating breweries include: Barley’s Brewing Co, Elevator Brewery, Great Lakes Brewing Co, Jackie O’s Brewery, Lineage Brewing, Kindred Artisan Ales, North High Brewing, Rhinegeist Brewery, Rockmill Brewery, Seventh Son Brewing Co, Sideswipe Brewing, Wolf’s Ridge Brewing, Zauber Brewing Co, Actual Brewing, Platform Beer Co, Gordon Biersch Brewery, Warped Wing Brewing Co, and Ill Mannered Brewing Co.

Two ticket options:

One Day Pass: $25 advance (online only), $30 at the door. One Day Pass holders receive a half-pint souvenir glass, 10 tasting tickets, and a $5 voucher to spend on food at North Market merchants during the festival! Online sales will end at 11:59pm on September 20.

Two Day Pass: $35 advance (online only), $40 at the door. Two Day Passes include an admission wristband for both days of the festival as well as early entry on Friday (6:00pm) and Saturday (1:00pm). Two Day Pass holders receive a half-pint souvenir glass, 15 tasting tickets, and a $5 voucher to spend on food at North Market merchants during the festival! Online sales will end at 11:59pm on September 20.

Tastings are available in 4-oz. and 8-oz. pours. The cost (in tickets) of each tasting varies by the type of beer.

In addition to tastings of the best local craft beer, the festival will feature live entertainment on stage, opportunities to experience the wonderful food of North Market, and more!
