Teere du Sauvage Farmhouse Saison Bottle Release

Details

After patiently aging, the next beer from our Wild Heritage Series, Terre du Sauvage, will be bottled and released to the patrons of Columbus who are eager for more wild-fermented brews to hit the city! Transferred straight from the kettle, this farmhouse-style saison was fermented and aged in oak barrels with a mixed culture. We’re really excited to unveil this series, but do want to keep the sale accessible and relaxed. Bottles will be sold casually out of our tap room upon inquiry (first come, first serve), and we hope to have plenty to go around!

Not only is this our first official release of a wild-fermented brew, but also the first time we’ll be featuring multiple wild beers on tap! Check out the new additions below, to be tapped exclusively on 5/18:

Terre du Sauvage Gold
Our 100% barrel fermented mixed culture saison. Brewed with rose hips and coriander. Tart and refreshing.

Terre du Sauvage Blend #1
We’ve blended our mixed culture saison with 2 year old Gold Legacy (mixed culture golden sour).

Terre du Sauvage Blend #2
A blend of our mixed culture saison with Tripel Bourbon (Bourbon Barrel Tripel) and Gold Legacy.

Red Legacy
Flanders-style Sour Red aged in barrels for over 16 months.

Stupid Flanders
Red Legacy conditioned on Raspberries.

WARMUG
Our collaboration with Urban Artifact Brewing (Cincy) and Market Garden Brewing (Cleveland). Golden sour fermented with peach, plum, and passionfruit, then conditioned on One Line Coffee’s Costa Rica Licho beans.
