Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 20th for Liberty Day in Lorton, VA with Bluejacket & Friends.

Get ready for a day of family fun at Liberty Greens, site of the Lorton Reformatory project. On this afternoon, Bluejacket will serve 6 delicious beers alongside Red Apron burgers and dogs, plus sweets from Buzz Bakeshop.

Beer Director Greg Engert has selected some his favorite Bluejacket brews, both new and old, including Lost Weekend, Turning Road and Moving Ending Romance for this occasion. Additionally, he’ll be featuring some of the best Virginia-made brews and ciders alongside the Bluejacket selections.

The fun doesn’t stop there! You can also look forward to a day filled with music, corn hole, history tours and the Kids Zone: Moon Bounce and Touch-a-Truck.

Admission is free. Food and beverages are available for purchase, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Arcadia — a nonprofit dedicated to creating a sustainable food system in the DC area. For directions and more information on the project, please visit thelibertylife.com.
