Tuman’s Tap & Grill hosts Meet the Brewer Night with Chicago-based Dovetail Brewery on Thursday, December 28. The beers will be tapped at 4 p.m. and the Dovetail crew will be in-house from 7-9 p.m. Featured beers include Holiday Bock, Rauchbier and Bourbon Barrel-Aged Rauchbier (aged in Koval Distillery bourbon barrels). There is no cover charge to attend and beers range from $9-$12 each. Tuman’s is open from 4 p.m.-2 a.m. on Thursday, December 28.
