As the temperatures dip to record lows, we at Owen’s Ordinary find ourselves warming up with a rich, boozy dark beer. If you’re just like us, then mark your calendar for Saturday, February 3rd. On this day, we will tap 8 of our favorite dark and decadent ales, including Founders CBS, Epic Big Bad Baptist & more!

Headlining the list is a hard-to-find keg of Founders CBS. This inimitable ale is brewed with rolled oats, dark chocolate and two types of coffee beans, then cave-aged 12 months in oak barrels that previously held Bourbon and real maple syrup. Get here early, as this special treat is sure to go fast!

Other highlights include Perennial Abraxas, finished with cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks and chili peppers; Prairie Paradise, infused with coconut and vanilla; and Stone Neapolitan Dynamite, an ice cream inspired ale brewed with vanilla beans and fresh strawberries.

There is no admission fee for this event. All featured beers will be priced individually by the glass and in 4 oz. pours.
