Join the Grand Delancey on Thursday, January 30th as we welcome our friends from Folksbier Brauerei, out of Carroll Gardens in Brooklyn, NY, and Fox Farm Brewery, from Salem, CT, to showcase their latest collaboration beers. We'll be pouring 12 beers total from these outstanding breweries, including both the Ecotone and Edge Effect collabs!

Inspired by German-style landbiers, or country lagers, Ecotone was brewed at Folksbier with local floor-malted barley (sourced from Hudson Valley Malt) and malted triticale, a cross of wheat and rye, from Thrall Family Malt. Edge Effect is another landbier-inspired lager, but this one was brewed at Fox Farm and finished with Brettanomyces for earthy complexity and delicious dryness.

Alongside these collaborations, Folksbier and Fox Farm are bringing a slew of additional brews for our taps. Don’t miss amazing brews like Folksbier Shadow Tricks, an Imperial Stout with Mexican vanilla beans, and Fox Farm Copestone, a Bourbon and Port barrel-aged Barleywine!

There is no admission fee for this event. All event beers will be priced individually by the glass and in 4 oz. tasting pours. The beer list is subject to change without notice.
