Greg Hall, brewmaster for Goose Island Brewery will be on hand to pair cheeses with 312 Urban Wheat, Mild Winter Ale, Matilda, Imperial IPA and Pere Jacques. Greg will be making an hour presentation pairing Goose Island beers and some select cheeses followed with a sandwich bar and meet & greet.

Cost: $25 per person ($20 for 2009 World Tourists). Limited to 50 attendees.
