Even with a pretty solid number of active raters that appear at tastings in the DC area, there’s a lot of lurkers out there... I think I’ve seen about 4 or 5 rate on here on a pretty regular basis this year that are within 5 miles of DC... We probably have more non-raters (some that might not even tick) that show up to tastings than we do people who rate. If anyone of those folks reads this, all are welcome to join our tastings. No need to bring anything fancy either... the worst beer is usually more memorable than the best one. Save your taxidermy squirrel beer or 30 year old Cantillon for something more intimate.
