Butcher and the Brewer

I was just down on East 4th for lunch this afternoon and saw that this place is supposed to be opening up in the spring. Does anyone know the story behind it besides that it is the same people who own the Tremont Tap House?

Yeah, its the same people behind the taphouse. I’m really excited about this place. The brewer has been to siebel, brewed in other breweries, etc., and is interested in doing sours. So I am really looking forward to this place more than any other in recent memory.
