I am actually going to drop the keg off tonight on my way back to Hoboken, so Ill be able to take the path in tomorrow for the event. (as opposed to me just driving in tomorrow morning with the keg).
So Ill go with you guys from Hoboken tomorrow if you want? I can go anytime.
Larry and I tasted the keg btw and it is really good. It isnt over the top scotchy at all, which I was afraid of. No peat, extremely low smoke. We used a good amount of Johnny Walker Black soaked oak chips (French and American I think). There is a good amount of woodiness, and light vanilla which is nice. I think it is pretty solid.
