Made Mac and cheese yesterday...I did use a can of coconut milk but would rather shove forks in my eyes than use canned soup

Cook macaroni & drain. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Put in greased casserole dish. Top with crushed cheese crackers and cook at 350 degrees until bubbly.

A cup or a pound of macaroni?

I dont know the recipe unfortuantely but Talula’s table from Kennett Square, PA had some fantastic mac n cheese at the kennett brewfest yesterday. I had the one with pulled pork in it and loved it.

Sweet, an alternative to all of the preceding fake mac & cheese recipes

I like deep fried mac-n-cheese. Nothing healthy about it at all but its damn good!

Made some Reuben mac n cheese for a beer tasting a few weeks ago and seems like it was a hit. I think unclerudy tried some.

1 lb ziti pasta

1/2 lb sharp cheddar

1/2 lb colby jack

1 lb swiss

2 lb corned beef

1 lb sauerkraut

Bechamel

Rye breadcrumbs for the top

Yes I did. And I did enjoy it. Nothing like protein and fat to coat your belly when drinking massive amounts of 12%+ beer. It was very tasty.

Sounds mac-tastic! I love American-style eats that just pile on the flavors.

A fast cheap and great out-of-the-box KD recipe is just add caramelized leeks. A twist of pepper and a drizzle of olive oil on the plate, it’s the best fake food, ever.
