Food wise was a tender home cooked Beef Wellington with a side of shredded brussels sprouts & Pancetta, roast spuds and clementine glazed carrots. Alcohol during the day was a fresh Prosecco at breakfast, a 2010 Rioja during the daytime, Brekeriet Cassis by Brekeriet for the early evening, and an Eclipse - Maker’s Mark (2013) for late evening.
