Thoughts? I always liked French Broad, but they seemed to be becoming more of an afterthought in Asheville. Could be good for both brands.

Craft buying craft to improve the availability of craft. Quality should stay the same or improve. Sounds good to me.

Is this sale related to the brewery that was supposedly up for sale last year?

I wouldn’t of called the French Broad location a brewpub, it was definately a brewery in a warehouse district, closer to Biltmore than downtown Asheville. there was a year the French Broad kolsch was real good, but the seemed to have lost traction in today’s beer market.
