Message cbkschubert beers 2901 º places 44 º 13:27 Mon 10/24/2016 Hey gang, it’s been awhile. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up about SE AZ newest brewery. The TBC just started pouring this past weekend (soft opening). They currently only have two of their own beers on tap. A Bitter and an IPA (a Blonde will be on soon). I know Matt wants to distribute around the state, so keep an eye out for his beers. If you haven’t been to Tombstone in years, now you have another reason to go. They have three 15 barrel fermenters. You can check out photos in their blog at tombstone.beer. Haven’t tried the beer yet, but we will be having our homebrew club meeting there on Nov. 6th. So I may come out of rating retirement for TBC beers. If anyone one plans on heading down, let me know. I might be able to visit. Craig

Message cbkschubert beers 2901 º places 44 º 21:22 Sun 11/6/2016 Had a chance to try some of the TBC beers today at the brewery. All three (IPA, Bitter, and Blonde) were very good. Matt and Bill showed us (our homebrew club) the 8 Scottish whiskey barrels with their Wee Heavy (11.9 %) in them. It will be bottled in 22’s when ready in a couple months. Select accounts will receive them. I think in time, TBC will be a destination brewery. They are doing it right.
