Last year, I wasn’t able to come see you all and I feel very bad about that but I know my Belgian friends are very easy-going, understanding and not stressed :) You all are awesome. I am finally returning to the beautiful country of Belgium after 2 years of hiatus. Arriving Thursday May 25th at 9AM. Departing Monday the 29th at 10AM from BRU. Staying in Aalst, Vlaanderen between Brussels & Gent. For now, I owe Eugene 12 bottles or more of unrated beers. He has been graciously saving some beer for me for almost 2 years (thank you so much). I know I probably owe Kurt from Belgium in a box a bottle of bourbon whiskey and I’ll bring some most recent Vermont Hill Farmstead IPAs to share with Tim, Dylan, Martinus and of course, Bjorn. If possible, I’d like to meet up with some of you for a small tasting. Anything else I can bring? I have no schedule set yet except for going to Spontaneous Fermentation ( I can offer to drive people from Brussels, Gent or the train station??? I’m very excited to see you all again. I’m once again renting a car. IT’s hard to contain my excitement :) but I think this will be an awesome trip.
