Despite 5oz pours and pints, this is basically a to go growler feeling station. 60 beers on tap, really great selection and decent prices. I get the negative reviews as the staff isn’t exactly warm, but I had no issues. I will for sure be back to get some harder to find local tick growlers.

This is one of those "don’t poop where you eat" ratings that I typically just avoid. It’s our neighborhood shop and we visit often. The selection is great. The growler fill setup is efficient (yes, you have to use one of theirs, but it’s nice not to have to worry about washing empties thoroughly). The samplers of anything on the menu is really nice. The 3-7pm prices are ok - a little on the high side. The service is brisk and always pleasant. There are a few caveats however: the prices for pints outside of the 3-7pm 1/2 price range are crazy. We rarely stop in on date nights because of it. It may be their intent to focus on growlers at that point and avoid becoming a bar type bar - but it’s just an odd way to go about it. They also have semi-regular events and tap takeovers that are so packed that I avoid unless it’s something I’m willing to stand awkwardly in a crowd to drink. So... as a growler shop and a place to sample the best craft beer in Columbus on a weekend afternoon - this place is top notch. As a bar, not so much. I choose to rate it as a growler shop.

Nice place in shopping plaza in Upper Arlington. Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon. Decent selection, especially when it comes to Ohio beer. Some one-off and different Fat Heads beers along with many usual suspects from national craft brewers. Their growler of the day special was cool, my biggest gripe is that they will not fill outside growlers and gave a BS reason why ("they sanitize theirs"). Service was pretty good and prices were somewhat reasonable.

This place has 60 craft beers on tap. Great! But no service, no ambiance, and outrageous prices. Happy hour (before 7PM), the prices are fair. Afterward? Expect to pay $6 to $10 for a pint. Really?

Stopped in early Sunday evening. Plenty of parking as it is in a sort of strip mall type area. They have 60 taps of craft beer only with plenty of the usual suspects as well as several one offs. Plenty of locals making an appearance, which is cool. There’s a sit down area if you want to have a pint or two instead of a growler. Pricing is pretty nice. Glass and all I walked out of there for less than $20. My only gripe is that they wouldn’t fill the growlers I brought with me. It would be nice if they did.

I like this place! I really like this place. How can you not. They serve beer, just beer, and good beer. It is also to go beer. So what if they can be a little pricey, a place like this needs to stay in busines so that we can get good draft to drink at home. Sit back and enjoy. It’s not a restaurant it’s a place to pick up 64 oz of beer. Yes it’s cramped, yes maybe the employees that don’t own the place don’t always know what type of beer it is, bu if you are ordering from this place you should know what type of beer you are ordering. Craft Beer for Life!!!

Right in my backyard. Recently opened in a strip mall. Space is limited in the front. I guess there is additional seating in the back. But no visiblity to that. Ambiance is virtually non-existant. No food served, no wall signs, no tv’s that I saw, no games, no outdoor landscape, just a long tap row, with all the same wood handle. Above the tap row is two digital screens with the tap list and which tap number it goes with. Additional information on that list is, ABV and cost per growler, pint and 5oz. pour. I paid $18.00 for a growler of somewhat hard to find Stone beer. Thought the price was a little high. List included some one off’s, but also some easy-to-find beer. Service was ok. The girl filling my growler did not know what type of beer I was ordering (she said amber ale...wrong). Overall, this place has potential, but not that impressed. Very crowded for a Thursday 530pm time and cramped.

The Daily Growler recently opened in the Upper Arlington area of Columbus on Fishinger and Riverside in a plaza. There is a fairly good sized parking lot but it has been pretty tough to find parking from what I hear.

The inside opens right to the walk-up line to the bar where growlers, pints and 5oz samples are ordered. On the right side are some communal benches and smaller tables. There is additional seating in the rear. Very bright inside and no-frills, kind of gives the impression like a fast food restaurant where they want you in and out. Large digital boards behind the bars list the beers by number, which corresponds to a number tag above the row of tap handles.

The Daily Growler has 60 beers on draught (sometimes a rootbeer) from Ohio breweries like Hoppin’ Frog, Columbus Brewing, Great Lakes, Weasel Boy and Elevator, as well as domestic microbreweries like Ballast Point, Oskar Blues, Revolution, North Coast and Stone. Some imports as well such as Chouffe. There is also a daily growler deal where a certain brand’s growler price is reduced significantly.

Service is pretty good, again all at the walk up bar where they are trying to move through the constant line.

Food is not available here but you can order in.

Overall this place has stormed out of the gate and is introducing a lot of people in the area to what a growler is, which is cool. Not designed to be a place you sit back and drink all evening watching football, and I am fine with it. Interesting model that appears to be succeeding.

The beer selection and prices, especially during happy hour, can NOT be beat! Love the owner and his friend who are working their butts off to make this happen. Bare bones, no frills, have a great beer, talk and play cards kind of place, but clean and very friendly. No big TVs, no fancy tap handles, no fancy decor...and you don’t pay for it either. Nice!!
