The sign by the door said wait here to be seated. It looked more like a restaurant. They were happy for us just to have a beer though. We were served at our table. The beers were better than I had expected, but just 4 of them. Fairly quiet for lunch time on Easter Monday. Tivoli had not opened for the season though yet.

Part of a chain brewpub centrally placed right next to the railway station and Tivoli. Havent eaten here, but at the Aarhus counterpart the food is reasonable. 3-4 beers on tap with a pretty high rotation. Quality wise raging from below average to average. Prices on par with the location aka expensive.

I usually visit this place every time I m in Copenhagen. Though the prices for both beer and food are really on the high side. Nevertheless they have interesting beer. Staff service has been really bad historically, though latest visit had better service than usual. Latest was summer 2014.

I would say that Bryggeriet Apollo gives the impression of being a steak house more than a brewpub. In the entrance a sign says "Please wait to be seated" Ignore it and turn right to the bar. Limited seating by the bar, but good enough for me. I only wanted to try some of their beers. Their Blonde Ale was actually a good beer! Not a bad start at noon Saturday. Visited a Saturday night for a few fast ticks. 4 taps. The first brewpub in Denmark founded in 1990, run by a chain of restaurants selling steak dinners. As mentioned several times before the close location to Tivoli, the Main Station and the City Square means this is basically a busy place aimed at tourists - this means expensive food, indifferent service and beers are mediocre bordering on boring. But at least fresh. Just scroll by - there are more exciting choices near by - both restaurants and beers.

Very busy place beside entrance to Tivoli. The coppers are right In the middle and the seating around them on two floors. Beers were fine offering a reasonable but not extensive selection. Food was very beef based.

Brewpub med hovedfokus på matservering til turister. Travelt selv tidlig på dagen, og det virker som om øl er uinteressant for betjeningen. Tourist trap.

Has only their own beers. They are ok, but not great. The food is good, but expencive. Bad service. Ordered a raspberry beer, got another. And they had put extras on the bill, things we didn’t ordered.

Visited here during CBC week. We weren’t very impressed by the beers, but the service was ok. Location was nice, next to a main street. Worth a visit for some ticks, but not much else. It did seem to have decent food altough we didn’t try it.

Very close to the central station if you have some spare time. A little bit tourist trap because it is so close to Tivoli. Ok food.A bit expensive. And absolutely not the best beer around.
