JiBiru Craft Beer Bar

Came here on 17.12.2022. Small outside beer bar at Orchard Road. A few outside tables in front of the bar. You can order online. Roughly 20 beers on tap and a few cans. Many Brew Dog beers. I had a Hitachino Nest Dai Dai, which was well tapped. Japanese food was ok, not great.

Located in Orchard Centre, outside on a pedestrian walkway - in case you are stumbling to find this inside the mall itself. Comfortable patio with padded seats and a Japanese theme (duh). 10 taps displayed on computer screens. Flights of 4 available that get progressively more expensive the later it is in the day ($19.90 from 12-6pm; $24.90 from 6-8pm; and $27.90 after 8pm). Draught list is a mix of Japanese, local, and other imports. Friendly service. Maybe not a highlight, but a worthy addition to the beer scene.

Lot of japanese beers, good selection, lot of interesting things. But it’s a mall, so atmosphere could be better !

Craft Beer Bar specializing in Japanese Beers / Japanese Restaurant. Situated outdoors on ground floor of large shopping mall. Average prices. Adequate service. Great place to get Japanese Beer. Is Untappd Verified Venue so it is easy to see what is available.

A food court with minimal service. Beer selection is actually quite impressive, with some hard to find breweries. FLIGHTS! Yup the only one so far and happy hour that is better the earlier you go. Prices are the usual but if you are there before 6 some reasonable deals to be had. If you want Japanese brews and are aching for cheap ticks, an absolute win.

Great Japanese craft beer bar, located in an outdoor area of a shopping mall (313@Somerset). It’s a little tricky to find, so the easiest way to get there is head to the corner of Orchard & Cairnhill Roads - then enter the 313@Somerset mall & JiBiru is on the left. Selection-wise, they have 6 x taps (of mainly Hitachino Nest), and a compact bottle/can list of other Japanese craft brewers. Food-wise, theres a tasty selection of (mainly cooked) Japanese food/bento-boxes.

A difficult one to rate because (i) it is a difficult-to-find bar in a shopping mall (called 313@Somerset), (ii) it is a Japanese craft beer specialist bar abroad, (iii) there is nowhere Singaporean to compare. My instincts is to rate it high despiite its awful position. Too many (helpful) staff when I was there. At the time of writing there are two listings for the same place - the one I am writing for is not placed correctly. The other one is.

Definitely a good selection of Japanese crafts in bottles. The taps were mostly Hirachino with one local Very friendly and helpful staff
