44 Small little dark place, with a nice outside area. Beers are pretty average - nothing offensive, just nothing memorable. Friendly service and a fun place to stop by for a sampler. Not worth going out of your way, but may as well stop on a Ballard brewery hop. |
80 Right inside the tiny brewery, easy to miss. Surrounded by brewing equipment. Staff is three people, so good chance you will get to talk to one of the brewers. They have a lot of beers on tap for how small a place is. Worth a stop in, but be careful, it’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it. |
86 An awesome unsuspecting brewery. Definitely a hole-in-the-wall kind of place. Small, shabby interior resembling a workshop. Pictures of Washington mountains on the walls. There is a long bench with high-top chairs, maybe enough for 6-8 people. I believe there is outdoor seating as well. The beers were awesome, particularly the IPAs (which is what I ordered, so I can’t really comment on the other styles) - all high 3s to 4s range. I would have loved to stay longer, but their hours are fairly limited. This is a must-stop in Seattle, definitely had the best beers of my trip. |
74 Very tiny hole in the wall place. Nice knowledge guy on staff pouring beers. Most of the beers were standard but there were 2 great ones in the 6 pours I had. They take square waller which was nice. I liked the rustic feel of it and wish they made it slightly more cozy just to hang out for a bit longer. |
80 Tiny place, one barrel system, so really a large homebrew setup. Climber them. Tiny bar, a long table, and a very friendly brewer. Growlers available. Worth a stop for sure. |
80 Nice little one-man operation with 4-5 quality brews to try at any given time. Picked up a bottle of the Triumph IIPA that proved to be very good as well. Will definitely keep an eye on this brewery. |
82 Wow what a fun place. It was a sunny day so sitting outside was a great option. Small 3bbl system and great brews this is going to be a terrific brewery for years to come. The brewers beers where solid and tasty. |
