I can't say fairer than that. |

60 Nice good looking restaurant with a nice selecetion of Paulaner beer.
If you are hungry, this is a nice place.
Otherwise.....keep walking |
70 tasty bavarian food. Paulaner on tap, which is always better than a Kindl or a Sterni. A place for eating, rather than for drinking |
56 01.02.2014. Paulaner Premium Pilsner on tap at Paulaner’s im Spreebogen. 0,3l €2,50, 0,5l €3,90. Almost no people there. Only beers from Paulaner.... Kind of boring. |
60 Newish architecture, sort of a brutal office park expanded to be a planned living space for a community. Outside is sterile, I’d rather take a walk along the Spree instead. Inside is better. |
44 Big and kitchy Bayrisch beer hall as you would expect. Efficient and quick service of course. No beer menu and hard to get a more detailed description than hell/dunkel/spezial, so you’d better know what you want. |
46 Place looked to be in an old industrial brick building. Inside is nice and big and offers all the big efficiency of a corporate place without the soul of a real bar.
Paulaner beers on draft and bottles that I found to be ridiculously overpriced for a brand selling its own products. Near as expensive as the Kadewe.
Foodwise, just another place that offers the same German menu, more expensive as well as other places I have seen.
Service was ok and cold, served me the wrong size beer, then argued with me that I had tried the beer and should have said something once a bartender came outside to drop the beer and ran back in.
Saw I was struggling in German before finally deciding to even bother to reply in English ... meh ... not worth a visit unless you are desperate for Paulaner which almost every shop sells for much cheaper. |
58 Restuarant and bar on the north side of Spree, not far from U-bahn station Turmstrasse. It’s actually not on the street, but in a red brick building in a back-yard between the street and the river. They have a good selection of Paulaner beers on tap and nice food. Friendly and efficient service. Hardly a cosy place, but it’s a nice place for food and a couple of Paulaner ticks if you’re in the area. It’s a bit out of the way though. |
