Ordinary airport pub with several lager taps and a Guinness line. Did not have the food but I caught a glimpse of a few plates and it seemed OK. Smoking is allowed inside but the place is well ventilated. Prices are high but its an airport pub and its in Dubai.

Newly remodeled, name changed to McGettigans, still owned and associated with the irish village in dubaiStill same beer and service. Duvel is the best beer going. Been coming here for many years, just haven’t rated it until now. Not as smokey it seems. Not a bad place, just not great either

Guys, I hate to see this as the number one beer venue in Dubai. It is just plane wrong. Yes they have a reasonable number of beers but they are all the same horrible variety of macro’s you get at any bar in the Gulf region. No thought or love has gone into this bar at all.

This place is full of military contractors and not really a good place to stop off in. The beer selectin is not bad but the food is not that great. There are better places in the airport to go to.

Restaurant tied to nearby Dubai International Hotel where you supposedly can order beer delivery. Located at Gate 123 with view of Gates F11 & F12, no flight info available. A long walk from anywhere in split-level maze that is DXB airport. Most beers seem clean, but Warstein draught seems a bit diacytl (it’s better at Put 19 a few gates away). Draughts include: Carlsberg, Guinness, Bud, Amstel Light, Becks, Fosters, Stella, Mangers, Kronenbourg, Hoegarten and Kilkenny. Most beers 37-40 AED per pint. Guinness served on the cold side. Large front room with TVs and smoking. Small back room with small tables and clean air. Usually free WiFi from airport’s Maxport. Medium size bar, usually busy 24/7. Irish folk music over sound system, with occaisional call to prayer from airport PA system. Very friendly staff of non-locals. Food is breakfast eggs, appetizers (prawn and crab cocktail), Chicken, pork, beef (bangers and mash & traditional Irish stew), sandwiches. Most dishes 40-75 AED. Tasted fine.
