Hazy orange, creamy tight head. Sweet fruity spicy aroma, quite wheat-beery with citrus and coriander. Very full smooth palate. Sweetish, wheaty grains, spiciness gentle. Finish just continues the aroma and taste. Superb balance. Very easy drinker, 7.2% covered well. A great brew. This brewery rocks - so many styles done just right.

Pleasant dry stout aroma. Blackish, tight tan head. Solid sweetish body, but not sugary sweet. Fullish mouthfeel, coats the tongue and the mouth nicely. Gentle dryness in the finish, both from bittering hops and burntness. Late finish very roasty, rather nice. Another winner - getting very impressed with this brewery.

Pretty convincing estery bananaey weisse aroma. Slightly watery palate, carbonation highish, a bit minerally. Pleasant wheatiness in the taste, some orange spiciness. Finish minerally and wheatish, a bit sharp, yeasty, and fizzy. Passable wheat, but the weakest of the 5 (but that’s a very high bar).

Lovely rich roast aroma, fresh coffee. Very deep red, tight tan head. Rich roasty malt taste. Super mellow palate. Sweet, a bit coffee cakey, but not sticky, and massively drinkable. Great brew. Had 2 :-)

Tap (U Tří Růží, Prague). Copper clour, ecru head, big and quite lasting. good lacing. A bit fruity, malty in aroma but very gentle. There is fruity, malty with very delicate note of alcohol in taste but despite this very drinkable. Very nice bock.
