Botrytis	2.9 Kamenitza 1881 Die Optik zeigt sich klar und goldgelb mit kräftiger feiner Perlage. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone gibt sich dabei flaumig, bei mäßiger Haltbarkeit. Im Duft recht frisch, leicht malzig, angenehm würzig und leicht floral hopfig. Der Antrunk kommt sehr frisch und überproportional spritzig. Aromen lassen sich dadurch vorerst keine feststellen. Am Gaumen vernimmt man relativ dünne Malznoten, zarte Würze und leicht trockene bis florale Hopfennoten. Auch wenn sich hier ein ziemlich dünner Körper präsentiert, darf man die Aromatik als ausgewogen und ganz okay beschreiben. Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit sind dabei mittelmäßig. Im Nachtrunk bauen die Aromen langsam ab, eine leichte Säure lässt sich vernehmen und nach längerer Zeit stellt sich eine leicht trockene Hopfenherbe ein. Fazit: Zwar keine Offenbarung, dennoch absolut trinkbar und weit weg von schlecht. Meiner Meinung nach etwas unterbewertet. Saturday, October 22, 2022
