KeefOz	1.9 11 Paralleli Bionda BB 01/2025. From a can poured a crystal clear amber with 1cm of bright white open foam that retained well aand laced poorly. Carbonation high, lively amd medium sized. Aroma strongly of musty grain with lots of pale malt as it warms; no obvious hops. Taste strongly of pale malt and musty grain; acidic after-taste rather than bitterness. Light body. Carbonation moderate, lively and very fine to fine. Aroma is strongly pale malt with hints of grain, grass and metal; no obvious hops. Taste is strong pale malt with hints of grain; slightly sweet; no real bitterness. Light body. Smooth with a short finish. Saturday, November 25, 2023
