Marko	2.9 Valášek Zbořená ovca Cherry Tap at Žižskovské pivobraní, likely as the cherry version of Ovca - but cannot find any proof of its existence online other than my notes and recollection, damn. Will need to contact the brewer perhaps. Misty reddish body, off-white head. Fake cherry notes dominate the aroma. Dry sour cherry notes in the taste, bit funky in the end, not the best of combinations... oh well. Thursday, June 8, 2023

Shit medicinal blueberry presence (more like cough syrup flavoring), malty, and the taste doesn't stray from that cough syrup feeling. Marko	3 Valášek Stupický Staročech Tap at Beergeek. Clear golden body, white head. Interesting aroma, herbal, but also with an odd grainy sharp touch. The same grainy note, slightly husky, vaguely cookie-like too, also appears in an otherwise lean, clean, nice taste. A bit strange really. Now that I see that it's made with some special old school barley variety, things make a little more sense. Would love to try other beers with it, to see how it fares there. Friday, August 14, 2020

Pungent aroma sadly completely overwhelmed by diacetyl with some sweetish pumpkin and spice notes popping up here and there.
